Recipe Instructions:
Massage Oils/Essential Oil Blends
:Start with 2 percent dilution: 10-12 drops (about 1/8 teaspoon) of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil. You can use the strongest mix possible that does not irritate your skin and apply daily.
