Recipe Instructions: Herbal Tea :Steep the Chrysanthemum flowers gently in hot water for no more than 10 minutes in a closed vessel, to preserve the essential oil. Traditionally served with a dish of bingtang, or rock sugar, to bring out the slight sweetness in this very mellow, light yellow tea.
