Decoction
:For fresh tea use a handful of freshly picked blossoms (1 tablespoon dried) for each cup of hot water. Chop or cut leaves and infused in hot water until cool enough to drink. For dried berries use 1 teaspoon to each cup of water. Bring to a slow boil and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
