Hibiscus and Yerba Mate tea
If you are looking a smooth, good tasting, healthy tea with a kick, yerba mate fills the bill. Indeed, it tastes so smooth and mild that its easy to overindulge. Mixing yerba mate with other healthy antioxidant herbs like red rooibos, hibiscus, or rose hips produces a sweeter, lighter mix that is high in Vitamin C with half the caffeine.
