Herbal Steam Remedies
Herbal steam is a great botanical treat for facial care, specifically for deep pore cleansing. The rising steam wafts the herbal goodness up to coat your face while the heat helps open your pores. Herbal facial steams are a relaxing way to rejuvenate your skin while you relax. To make a simple steam preparation use 2 - 3 drops essential oil, or a handful of fresh herbs such as eucalyptus in a bowl of hot water. Make a tent over your head with a towel. Close your eyes lean over the bowl and breathe in the steam for about a minute.
